Delivery and returns

Delivery
Your watch will be dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday after your purchase. The delivery time is 2-5 working days and the Swedish postal company PostNord ships all orders, both national and international. After the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about your order. The email includes your shipping address, product, prices and shipping cost. If any of this information is incorrect, please contact us by email immediately.

To be able to order at Aetas you must be at least 18 years old.

Damaged goods
If the content is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please email us a short description of the problem to info@aetas-watches.com and we will do our best to help you. In these cases, of course we will pay for the return shipping cost. You can find the return address further down this page. The watch has to be returned within 14 days after receiving it; otherwise the withdrawal is not possible. Make sure to email us in these cases and you will get the information you need.

Returns
If you wish to return the watch for other reasons than damages or inaccuracy, the item cannot have any signs of use. If the watch or the box is damaged, the return will not be accepted. The withdrawal time is by law limited to 14 days, after receiving your package.

Not picked up package
If you do not pick up your watch when delivered, the package will automatically be sent back after 14 days. You will then have to pay the shipping fee of 350 SEK.
